Looking for sales agents

We are small lighting manufacturer company in Essex UK, we have been trading for 1 year. We produce a range of industrial style quirky light fittings and matching shelving, we also do custom work. We currently sell mainly on-line via our website and via third party sites like Amazon.

We recently moved to new larger workshop/office this will give us the space and opportunity to expand our range of products with new manufacturing process and up our production levels.

We are looking at two new routs to market. We want to target selling direct to businesses and sell direct to shops.

A large portion of our customers are pubs, cafes, bars and restaurants. With this in mind we would like to target designers and shop fitting designers as well as pub chains and franchises with the intention of securing exclusivity deals to supply them. We already have one cafe chain that has specified our lights for there cafe franchise. We are also in talks with a pub chain to supply their industrial style A-frame street signs, we have produced a prototype for them and when agreed on the final design we should be rolling this out at all of their 20 pubs. This is a direction that we would really like to go in.

We have had several enquires from shop wanting to stock our products, we have then produced some basic retail packaging and sold small batches of light fittings and lamps to them. We would like to move towards selling in many retail shops big or small.

We have sold 4000 units in the last year and are planing to triple this amount in the coming months and considerable increasing the volume of sales this year.

We are looking for somebody to help us with these two routs to market.
