We are a Business Process Outsourcing company offering IT Enabled (Contact Centre) services to local and overseas based companies. We offer Inbound and Outbound Call Centre services as well as non-voice services including Social Media (WhatsApp, Live Chat and Facebook support); Transcription services; Data Mining and Data Entry services, from our Uganda-based Call Centre.
We have an experienced Call centre Agents' Base (more than 200) with multi Lingual capabilities supporting a diversity of clients accross sectors from our 106- seater Call Centre.
We are looking for Europe-based or North America-based companies to offer Customer Experience support and / or other BPO Projects to execute from our Call Centre here in Uganda. We have been in operations for 13 years now, and recently expanded our Call Centre to a capacity of over 100 seats with the potential to host more than 300 Agents accross 3 8-Hour shifts per day.
During the current pandemic and a Global Lockdown, we in Uganda are lucky to only be suffering a partial lockdown and therefore operations in many sectors - including the IT and BPO services sector remain open and are running as normal.
While as the pandemic has Social Distancing as one of the WHO recommended remedies, our expansive spaces within the Call Centre facility, as well as the huge space where we are hosted - we seat on over 4000 Sq Meters of Space - allows us enough space to operate at about half the capacity at the minimum to still accord ourselves the much desired Social Distancing. That's still about 156 Agents a day across shifts.
We thus wish to support companies in the much affected countries during this and beyond the Pandemic from our Contact Centre.
We offer very competitive rates; are implementing a modern call centre system that should support operations across the Medical, Financial, Telecom, Insurance and other sectors. The average young Ugandan Graduate has for the 6th year running been ranked to speak the best English only matched by South Africa across the African Continent. We also have a large pool of mother tongue speakers of the French language, allowing us support multi lingual environments if needed.

The Sales Agent shall have some of the following attributes:
1. Strong knowledge of Call Centre/BPO Business – including Social Media marketing
2. Strong knowledge of the European/North America Call Centre/BPO Market
3. Existing and demonstrable relationship with companies dealing in BPO/Contact Centre services
4. Having a pipeline of existing clientele/leads and ready for conversion would be a great advantage
We currently support a Telecoms based in Uganda, and also handle outbound and inbound projects in the financial services as well as Not for Profit International Agencies for regional based assignments.
