Assignment description
We are looking for Sales Agents to grow our business. Along with the development of the company, we are looking for new distribution points in many countries.
What do we expect from sales agents?
1. Contact potential customers through phone calls and emails
2. Present our company to potential customers
3. Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
4. Regular communication with a Sweet Deco representative (pronounce work schedule, tasks, problems, solutions).
We are open to questions in case of confusion!
Profile requirements
Qualifications for Sales Agent: excellent oral and written communication skills in English, ability to take initiative and work independently, 1+ year experience in sales, good knowledge about confectionery industry, confident and charismatic approach to people.
Ready to work on commission-based.
Target clients
We are working in the B2B sector.
We cooperate with confectionery companies (frozen goods, baked goods, sweets e.c.). HoReCa sector, grocery stores, supermarkets, specialized shops.
At this stage of development, we work with the Baltic supermarket chain - "TOP", a specialized chocolate shop chain in the United Kingdom.
In the future, we are considering cooperation with hotels, restaurants, cafes, chain stores, companies that buy frozen confectionery (cakes, tarts, eclairs, chocolates, etc.).

- Eclairs with chocolate glaze
- Frozen cakes
- Pavlova meringue base
- Cookies with boiled condensed milk
- Meringue cookies in different flavors and sizes.
