Ferco Architectural Hardware Inc., a subsidiary of Gretsch-Unitas in Germany a holding of more than forty distribution centers in the world, was established in Canada in 1983. Hardware for window and door technology by FERCO. Ferco is the largest production site for window hardware in France. As a subsidiary of the Gretsch-Unitas group, Ferco also offers customer support and distribution in France and North America for all products of the group. The first goal of Ferco Canada was to promote multipoint locking hardware systems to Canadian & American window and door manufacturers. Since then, we have broadened our product lines and extended our services in order to be able to answer the demands of the North American market which is one of the most innovative in the world. We are committed to offer quality products "Deutsch Qualität" and professional services to our customers.

Assignments & Responsibilities

We are already working with 8 agents through US & Canada market. We are now entering in an active growing period and looking to expand our sales force.
Your mission will be as follows:

➤ Investigate for new potential / new customers

➤ Become the window person for customer request within your respective region

➤ Understand the customers’ needs

➤ Present our solutions resolving some needs

➤ Suggest the appropriate solution (Existing or tailer-made solution)

➤ Conclude the deal

➤ Manage the follow-up of open item / open topics

➤ Report to the Sales director

Distributors

We do only B2B sales, and are interested to expand with new customers, as well as strengthen our local presence on the two region mentioned.

Profile and skills

Prerequisite:-

➮ At least 5 years experience as a sales agent

➮ Bachelor's degree

➮ Know-how of the windows & doors market is a must

➮ Knowledge of the windows & doors hardware will be a plus
